After discovering Northern New Mexico a couple of years ago, Jerry and Gabriella Sanchez purchased a lot overlooking the the #4 fairway. Working from California, the Sanchez family guided us through plans and the entire build long distance, never visiting the site until the home was complete. Communicating over the phone and through email, Jerry and Gabriella guided us through every detail of their mountain retreat.

The home was carefully laid out with a planned expansion. There are plans to add a two car garage and a bonus room down the road. Blueprints exist and every consideration has been made to add on with little or no disturbance to the existing house. This home is packed with details such as wood ceilings, see-through fireplaces, custom granite, alder doors and custom cabinetry.
