For David & Susan Cooper their lot in Angel Fire was a true get-away. For many years they traveled to Angel Fire to sit and picnic at the site where their home now sits. The view was their inspiration for what was to become their vision of a home. When they made the decision to build they approached Sutton Construction with a very technical lot but with a direction of what they wanted.

At first look we knew the lot would be a challenge, but ideas, advice and expertise are what we offer to our clients. The home was completed on deadline and the Cooper’s now love to come back to the very site that they picnicked at and relax on the deck overlooking the Moreno Valley.

Their home is a reflection of their personality, with vibrant pops of color intertwined with earthy granite and stone.
